Level 2 main rule is that defined space can hold 100 people maximum. Employees are not included. Most casinos will have their flow divided into few defined spaces. Each space will have its own entry and exit, cash desk, ATM; dinings service and toilets. For example in Christchurch casino will have 4 defined space areas.

So in order to enter an NZ land-based casino, you will have three options including Coviod Tracer App, Players Club card, Customer registration Form in the casino foyer. For each defined space customers visit will be required to register. Any visitor who refuses to use any of these options provided will be declined entry.

In any of the public defined spaces smoking is forbidden. But if you wish to smoke, please exit the casino area to the main entrance to smoke. To getting back in the casino you are required to repeat the entry process again. Do not leave any credit on the machine balance, because with the maximum capacity allowed there is a chance that you can wait in the queue for entry. There is no guarantee that you will be able to instantly walk back in.
